The Veterans Dinner is an event that took place on November 14th. This event was to honor Veterans who fought for our country and to celebrate Veterans Day with them. Students were asked to invite a veteran that was in their family or that they knew personally.

This event was organized by Mr. Kelly, who also set students up to interview a few veterans that volunteered to answer some questions about their time in the military. Some of the veterans that were interviewed were David Cropper, Steve Taylor, and Aerik Garcia. There was a list of set questions that these veterans were asked, including, “How did serving in the military change your life,” and “What was the highlight of your experience in the military?”

The students that helped organize this event did an excellent job, and the Veterans’ Dinner was a huge success. Way to go Mustangs!
