Move over Minarets students; there are some new kids on the block!

Numerous middle schoolers and their parents came to check out the scene here on campus. Minarets put our best foot forward with representation from our Media, Music, Art. Ag, Ag Mechanics, Drama, Leadership and athletics programs and classes.

Junior Alex Sexton, a leadership student for Minarets, was a tour leader for a group of incoming freshmen. He led kids and parents around to specific classes for a presentation that was awaiting. As a leadership student his words of wisdom are, “be yourself and push yourself. We all help each other here but without a strong work ethic or self motivation, you will accomplish nothing.”

Dr. Ching was very excited about the turnout and participation from the different clubs and classes! “It was one of the most positive and exciting Charter Launches that we have ever had at Minarets. It certainly was the largest in school history. Parents were excited about the opportunities for their students next year and beyond.”

Minarets future looks bright! With promising freshmen, a supportive community, and current students that care so much about the future of our school we should be standing tall and strong for many years to come!
