Community day is a place for people everywhere to get along by working to help the community. In teacher Perri Potigian's Community Day, students put together care packages for soldiers in fighting for our country. While this is a great act of kindness, we only wish we could have done more. Next year possibly we could take donations to make a much larger and better community day that will reach more people.

An act of kindness can do anything from brightening someone's day to saving a life. These small acts of kindness don't just have to happen one time a year. So if you see trash clean it up, if you have old clothes donate. People need help sometimes, so do your part in making the world better.
