The Media Club and Minarets Leadership is getting ready for their annual lip dub. If you don't know what a lip dub is, it's a single take music video where if any one messes up they need to start over. This is why it takes so much time to perfect these videos.
While they have been hard at work for this year’s lip dub, the media classes have already had their mini competitions. These competitions include all of Ortiz's media classes choosing their own songs and practicing for three weeks with two whole days worth of recording.
Sophomore Ayden Pires explained that “the hardest part of perfecting a lip dub is getting everyone on the same page so that no matter what everyone is concentrated on the video." This is why Lip Dub was changed from March 12 to April 11.
So find your purple wig and get hyped for one of the best lip dubs you've ever seen on April 11, 2019.
