If you’re looking to broaden your horizons the upcoming Minarets Abroad 2020 trip to New Zealand and Australia could certainly do just that. This trip is different from most because not only will you be immersed in a new culture but also get to extensively experience both countries' beautiful scenery. By traveling with your classmates, you will get to enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity of learning and having fun.

Map of where Minarets Abroad will be going.

Kaitlin Morgan, the main group leader for this trip, explained that students should considering going on this trip to "get to experience new cultures, perspectives, get yourself out of your comfort zone, and meet an array of individuals from different places." Currently, there are twenty-three people attending and still room for more! In fact, there is an informational meeting next Wednesday, May 15, at 5:30pm in the Minarets Media Lounge.

For students attending the trip or considering going, Morgan said that it will be a life changing experience. It may be cheesy but Morgan says that 'this trip will be life changing as we will spend 15 days in Australia and New Zealand."
