Minarets Fall Fundraiser

Writer: Delaeny StevensonDelaeny Stevenson

Starting Nov. 15, all students at Minarets will be able to fundraise for new additions to the school such as table tennis, chess, and corn hole tables to be installed by the gym and the blue tables. This will be the school's first school-wide fundraiser

in quite some time. Each table will be $6,000 and the chess table will be about $2,500, so the school will need everyone’s help to make this happen!

All students will create their own sales website for fundraising in their pro period. There are two online catalogs: one for upperclassmen and one for lower class-men. With students having their own sales website they will be able to see how much they have sold. For the school to have enough money to buy these new additions, everyone will need to raise at least $50. There will be cash incentives so keeping track of how much is sold is very important if students want to earn incentives.

There will be flyers and videos on how to sign up to start fundraising and leadership and ASB will also be helping students sign up. Everything will be completely online and everything will be shipped directly to the buyer. The sale will end on Nov. 29, so it is highly encouraged that students start selling so everyone can enjoy the outdoor games soon.
