Minarets CTE Pathways

Career Technical Education (CTE) provides students of all ages with the academic and technical skills, knowledge and training necessary to succeed in future careers and to become lifelong learners. In total, about 12.5 million high school and college students are enrolled in CTE across the nation. CTE provides students of all ages with the academic and technical skills, knowledge and training necessary to succeed in future careers and to become lifelong learners. Foundational to CTE are rigorous program standards.

Minarets is proud to have several pathways offered for students, which include:

Agriculture and Natural Resources - This pathway includes Ag Mechanics 1, Ag Mechanics 2, Ag Power Mechanics, Advanced ROP Welding and Metal Fabrication, Animal Science, Animal Anatomy, Horticulture, and Ag Business.


Arts, Media, and Entertainment- This pathway includes Guitar, Singer Songwriter, Showband, Rock Music Performance, Choir, Sound, Lighting, and Engineering, Concert Band/Percussion, Art 1, Art 2, Advanced Art, Graphic Design, Media 1, Media 2, Advanced Media, Broadcast Journalism, and Drama.

Instructional Technology- This pathway includes IT Hardware and Software, Game Design, and Advance Programing.
