Bringing The Energy: Minaret’s Homecoming News

Our Mustangs kicked off the year with our very first successful rally on September 4th, 2026. At this rally, we covered many important events that are soon to be taking place here, along with witnessing many exciting games. Starting October 5th-October 9th, we will be going back in time to the 90’s for our spirit week following the theme of our homecoming dance: “A blast from the past." From Monday-Friday our creative theme days, in this order, will be:
Roaring Twenties following the 1920’s,
Flower Power which takes place during the 60’s,
Disco Day which is set to be during the 70’s,
Miami Nights vs Neon Nights which is throughout the 80’s,
and our final theme will be Prep vs Punk.
Homecoming day will land on Friday, October 9th from 9pm-11pm. Don’t forget to stop by to support our Minarets Football Team at our homecoming (HOME) game that same Friday night! We will be going against our rivals, the Yosemite Badgers.
A huge thank you to our leadership for hosting the rally and hyping us all up for homecoming. Our leadership team puts careful consideration and time into planning these rallies, so it's our job as Mustangs to stay hype and bring energy!
