Minarets is home to many clubs and student organizations, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). “FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes to unite, inspire, and change the world through the gospel.”

Every other Tuesday throughout the year, FCA leadership provides pizza and raffle prizes to students as they come together to pray, share their athletic and spiritual journey, and learn from guest speakers. It gets more students and coaches to realize why they do what they do. It is a way to understand and to know that Jesus is always with you, and to encourage and love one another.

” When we lead with great purpose and faithful obedience, God shows up with an even greater purpose than what we saw coming.”  FCA has the best pastor and that is Pastor John, a lot of people may know who he is. He is one of the greatest people to ever meet. Then there are FCA leadership, Tessa Camacho, Halley Frausto, Ashton Tafoya, and Logan Davis.

There are meetings throughout the whole year on Tuesdays, go to one. See what it’s about, FCA has many amazing people and it is a great thing here at Minarets. It teaches a lot of students, athletes, and coaches to grow their relationship with Jesus.
