On October 9th, our Homecoming Dance finally arrived. The Dance itself had started towards the last half of the Varsity Game that was also going on the same day. As more people came, the party went into overdrive, many people could be seen enjoying their time by dancing, talking, and hanging out with friends or their dates. The dance had drinks available and thrilling music to greet the guests. People were celebrating for all of our hard work and for our win against Yosemite, and also celebrating to just enjoy the night and each other. The dance continued until 11:00 P.M., where everyone cleared out to start their weeklong break.

Two students were interviewed about their time at the dance. Riley Wallace stated “My favorite part was definitely hanging with my friends, it was a fun time.” and when Emily Aguilar was asked if she’d recommend others to go to the Homecoming Dance, she responded “I do recommend going to the Homecoming Dance at least once, because you’ll regret it if you don’t go. These are your best high school years and you only live once.”

Homecoming Dance this year was a great experience for all those who came, and definitely worth something going to next year, along with all the future dances that are sure to be a blast!
