With the combination of intelligently executed expertise and unlimited dedication, Mr. Kelly is referenced as an inspiration. As the honored teacher he is, he has consistently over achieved the standard of both academic quality and guidance. He has several accomplishments of not only coaching football in San Francisco but before the new advancement of technology, having the power to predict the following play.

His teaching familiarity started with his opportunity of being a substitute teacher which later progressed when he applied himself to a drug and alcohol rehab school. This profession was extremely intense and impactful. Working for his dad was his next transfer that he remains appreciative for. The subject was on business and its necessary ethics, it also allowed him to continue his football coaching path. U.S. History and Social Studies became his best window of opportunity which he took and highly adores. When asked “Who are you ?” he responded with “On one hand I'm a teacher and a coach but on the other hand I'm a learner. I want to learn, I can't go a day without learning.” He values looking at new perspectives and understanding different angles. In a conversation I had with Mr. Kelly, he expressed his most cherished memory was during a basketball game he was coaching that started off with being disadvantaged. Minarets was losing horrifically until the second half. They started to settle and understand the required tactics. They saw their ability and used that determination to come back. When I asked him what the best advice he could give to students was, he replied “make sure you know why you’re here, seriously. If you don’t know why you’re here, it's a waste of time.” He continues to be free like he was in his childhood as well as create, inspire, and learn. He encourages others to do the same.
