The Minarets Class of 2026 kicked off their senior year in true Mustang fashion with a celebration to remember. On Friday, October 24, seniors gathered on the yard outside the gym after school for the annual Senior Tailgate hosted by the Class of 2026 parents.
The event featured a delicious spread of baked potatoes loaded with cheese and chili along with sweet treats like brownies and cookies. As music played and laughter filled the air, students dressed in purple and gold came together to celebrate the start of their final year. Many stopped to sign the “Minarets Class of 2026” banner, a keepsake that will preserve their names and memories for years to come.

Following the tailgate, seniors, families, and fans filled the stands for Senior Night at the Mustang football game. Banners featuring senior football players and cheerleaders lined the field as each senior walked out with friends and family to receive recognition for their dedication and accomplishments on the field and across the Minarets campus.
After the recognition, the Mustangs went on to play an outstanding game that ended with a victory over Parlier. The energy in the stands reflected the pride and unity of the Minarets community.
The evening was filled with celebration, school spirit, and heartfelt moments that marked the beginning of an unforgettable senior year. On behalf of the Class of 2026 and the Minarets Press, we extend a sincere thank you to the parents and supporters who make our events and traditions possible. Your efforts and dedication create the memories that make Minarets such a special place to learn and grow.
