Swingin' with Softball!

Updated: Sep 27, 2020

by Lauren and Luke Ericson

Softball season is in full effect after having a couple of games in the books already. Our team has been doing great so far.

Melia Kamalani, a sophomore, had very positive things to say about the team: ”Although the team has had a few rough scrimmages, I think the team has a lot of promise and that with every moment we spend together our bonds grow stronger.” Overall, Melia is very confident in her team’s ability to make it all the way to the championships. Melia said that the main thing that the team needs to work on is their defense.

Our Mustangs have an away game against Tranquility on Monday, March 9. Make sure to come out and support the Minarets Softball Team! Go Mustangs!
