Disney Art Show

Updated: May 20, 2020

With all the excitement around the school play featuring the Disney classic Beauty and the Beast, the show will now also include an art sale. All the art featured will, of course, be a Disney-themed genre, whether it is all Beauty and the Beast is still speculation.

The price range has not been established yet, but the event is still under development. I was given a sneak peek of some of the artwork done by the students who may or may not be working the event and I can safely say that whatever the price may be it will be well worth it.

Mrs. Gamble anticipates thirty to forty students to be selling their artwork to the event. With this many participants a shortage of art is not likely and the quality of the art, I can assure, will be just fantastic.

As for where the money goes, Mrs. Gamble described that 80% of the profit will benefit the individual artists while 20% will go towards to the art class for more supplies. So going to this event is beneficial to your fellow student and staff.
