Be Sure to Attend the Minarets FFA Fall Banquet

Updated: May 20, 2020

You know what’s better than food, free food!

Come join Minarets FFA on November 29th for our Fall Banquet, one of the biggest meetings of the year and enjoy a pasta dinner.

Before the banquet starts we will have our first ever CDE Showcase for everyone to check out. Walk around and check out all the CDE teams Minarets offers and learn more about possible teams you can join. Play the games for each team and talk to a member to understand how the contest runs.

During the meeting, you get the opportunity to listen to five of our best freshmen members recite the FFA Creed and compete for the first place award. Greenhand and Chapter degrees will be handed out to Freshman and Sophomore members who meet the requirements. If you would like to apply for your degree contact an Ag Teacher for the application.

The highlight of the night is the installation of our Greenhand Officers. These members went through an application and interview process and we are proud to install these ten freshman as future leaders in our organization.

Finally, there will be raffle prizes, silent auction baskets, and homemade desserts to be auctioned off.

We welcome everyone to attend and for FFA members you will receive a point towards your Ag classes. So come out enjoy some food and support your friends for the night! We hope to make it as fun as possible!
