Ms. Sani, with the Magic Green Thumb

Ms. Sani is more than just a teacher, she’s a mentor who deeply cares about her students’ growth. Known for her kindness and understanding, she creates a supportive classroom environment where each student feels valued and heard. Her patience and adaptability ensure that every student, no matter their learning style, thrives.

Just a year ago, Ms. Sani was a dedicated volleyball coach, instilling the values of teamwork and competitiveness in her athletes. These same principles shine through in her classroom, where she fosters collaboration and a strong sense of community among her students.

As a science teacher, Ms. Sani brings complex concepts to life through hands-on learning, particularly in the school’s greenhouse. There, students apply their knowledge of sustainability, making science both practical and exciting.

When I asked Ms. Sani why she became an ag teacher, she said, “When I was in college, I had a lot of friends in AG, so I was around it constantly and discovered a love for animals and plants.”
